Bank Asset Management

In past years, many of Sentry’s managers have had active roles in the management of bank-owned assets. In Sentry’s early days, we managed a wide array of FDIC assets during the last big recession of the early 1990’s.

Our staff also has banking experience, along with experience with Banc One asset management, which was an FDIC services provider. Banc One provided service throughout New Hampshire in the early 1990’s.

In today’s changing real estate environment, we are actively marketing to be a service provider for New England banks, either national or regional banks, for the management and maintenance of their bank-owned properties.
